01 · The challenge
Foxx Talent logo

Foxx Talent managed client engagements that depended on content planning, creative preparation, client feedback, approval cycles and publication deadlines. Information was distributed across task records, calendars, documents and communications. Delays at one stage could affect the entire delivery schedule, while recurring bottlenecks were difficult to identify when each missed deadline was investigated separately.

02 · The investigation

What Argus examined

LampCal reviewed workflows spanning 21 client accounts and 184 monthly deliverables. Argus connected client commitments to assigned work, approval states, revision requests, deadlines and publishing outcomes. The investigation examined where deliverables accumulated, which handoffs caused delays and how avoidable rework affected team capacity.

03 · Findings

What it found

Approval turnaround averaged 3.7 days

Content awaiting client approval was a significant source of delivery uncertainty. Outstanding approvals were not always visible alongside the deadlines they affected.

31 deliverables became overdue each month

The investigation linked overdue work to dependencies across content preparation, feedback, approval and publishing rather than treating each overdue item as an isolated scheduling issue.

72 hours of monthly coordination

A substantial amount of team time was spent checking statuses, following up on approvals and reconstructing the progress of individual client deliverables.

19% of deliverables required avoidable rework

Repeated revisions and incomplete handoffs contributed to unnecessary production effort and reduced the capacity available for additional client work.

04 · Approach

How it connected the pieces

Argus connected clients, service commitments, content plans, assignments, approvals, deadlines and delivery records. Each deliverable could be understood within its broader workflow. Outstanding dependencies were made visible before they affected publishing dates, and recurring delays could be investigated across clients and delivery stages.

05 · Workflow

From finding to decision

Client deliverables moved through a connected sequence from planning to production, internal review, client approval and publication. Outstanding actions were associated with responsible owners and deadlines, enabling earlier follow-up and clearer accountability.

The result

On-time campaign delivery increased from 76% to 96%, while average approval turnaround decreased from 3.7 days to one day. Monthly coordination work fell by 46 hours, and overdue deliverables decreased from 31 to seven. With fewer delays and less avoidable rework, the same delivery team could support 23 client accounts compared with 18 previously, an increase of approximately 28% in operating capacity.

Client capacity reflects the number of accounts the delivery team could support, rather than confirmed additional sales.
